Today We're recreating the famous Ratatouille from Pixar's movie, Ratatouille! One of my all time favourite movies, and all time favourite dish. Not to mention, likely THE most visual side-dish for your next barbecues. Making it as easy to follow at home as humanly possible, you will create an incredible dish, full of colours. If you feel like adding a few (more advanced) steps, feel free to turn the pipperade into a paste using a blender, but this is completely optional. Ratatouille is one of the most famous vegetable stews in France, but the Confit Byaldi twist comes from its Turkish influences, keeping all the incredible flavours, while adding a wonderful visual edge to this otherwise a little dull-looking dish.
