A perfect dish for a cozy dinner or lunch that's easy to prepare at home! ✨Ingredients: • Pumpkin – 600 g • Carrots – 200 g • Onion – 200 g • Salt – to taste • A pinch of sugar • Water – 300 ml • Coconut milk – 240 ml • Garlic • Shrimp – 120 g • Black pepper – to taste • Pumpkin seeds ✨Preparation of Pumpkin Soup with Shrimp • Cut the pumpkin, carrots, onion, and garlic. • Place the chopped vegetables in the oven and bake at 170-180°C for 30 minutes. • After baking, blend the vegetables with a blender until smooth. • Add coconut milk and water, then bring the mixture to a boil. • Meanwhile, sauté the shrimp over high heat until cooked. • Pour the pumpkin soup into a bowl and top with coconut milk. • Garnish with cooked shrimp and pumpkin seeds.
