How To Make Arabic Labneh! طريقة عمل كرات اللبنة - by Easylife 2 litres of sour yogurt, add a tablespoon salt and mix them, put them in the bag to separate the water and every while empty the bowl from the water. The next day empty the yogurt into a bowl and put 1/2 a teaspoon of salt and mix them, wash the bag and them put them into the bag. Repeat this process for 3 days. On the 4th day when the water has dried, make the labneh into balls by putting some oil on your hands and taking a small amount of the labneh. Put oil in the jar and roll all the yogurt and make sure there's enough oil to cover all the balls of labneh. We decided to make a video to show you how to make Arabic labneh.
