RECIPE: Stove Top Stuffing Jumbo Meatballs Ingredients: 1 (6oz) box stuffing mix - chicken flavor 1/2 cup hot water 1 egg 1/4 cup Ranch dressing 1 lb ground beef 1 cup Colby cheese, shredded 1/3 cup ketchup Directions: 1.) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees 2.) In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients except for the ketchup. Mix well by hand for 2-3 minutes. 3.) Place meat on a cutting board and cut into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place each on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 4.) Using a brush, generously brush each meatball with ketchup. 5.) Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!
