Once again, we’re back at the Dunholme Escapes renovation site, dust in the air and big upgrades underway. In this episode, we turn our attention to destroying the wall separating the bathroom from the kitchen, opening the space up to light, air, and a whole new feel. Alongside that, it was time to get serious about structural support, again utilising the strongboys and acrows in place (ideally, we’d like the house to stay standing). And installing new ones in places where we needed to remove heavy lintels. With solid teamwork and plenty of problem-solving, we handled the monumental task of cleaning up the large number of bricks scattered throughout the house's interior. And trust us, there were A LOT of bricks to get shifted. This week really highlights how careful planning, clear communication, and a bit of muscle can make even the toughest jobs manageable… We genuinely hope you enjoy watching this episode as much as we enjoyed making it.
