My seasoning is made of natural ingredients, and you can use it for every single dish you cook. Everything that you have to do is grinding, so don't be afraid, and follow my recipe. ___________________________________________________ [🥢BIG MAMA's Homemade Seasoning] [What You Need] Radish, cabbage, onion, lotus root, burdock, ginger, garlic, green onion, kelp, tiny shrimps, dried pollack shell, soybean, glutinous rice/ sticky rice, salt [How to Cook] 1. Chop a radish into very thin slices 2. Chop a cabbage, just a bit 3. Chop 1/2 of an onion 4. Chop lotus root into thin slices 5. Chop burdock into thin slices (same amount as lotus root) 6. Wash ginger, and chop without peeling 7. Chop garlic into slices (twice of ginger) 8. Chop the green part of green onion into slices 9. Prepare kelp, but just a little bit 10. Prepare tiny shrimps as much as you want 11. Prepare dried pollack as much as you want 12. Prepare soybean, but not that much 13. Prepare 1 to 2 tablespoons of glutinous rice grains 14. Dry all ingredients for 8 to 9 hours 15. Grind dried ingredients 16. Add 2 tablespoons and grind again 17. Contain them into small bottles
