How to Return the Serve After the Glass!

Many players struggle to return a good padel serve after the glass and often end up making a mistake, but with a few tips this shot can become alot easier! As with most shots, players struggle with 2 main areas: the early preparation and confidence using the glass. If you panic and throw yourself at the ball (or freeze on the spot), you will always find this doesn't go where you want it! Even though it might feel strange at first giving the ball space to rebound and following these tips, please give it a try!
