A quick, fun Feet Up flow with some daredevil options that are quite advanced. Listen to your body and do what works best for you and your practice. No need to do anything that scares you. You could always try the arm balances and inversions on the mat. Please be mindful of how light the feet up prop is and know when to trust it and when to not. Most of all, have fun!
