This video reviews my portable amateur radio FM satellite rig. This is the setup that I use to work satellites and talk to astronauts on the International Space Station while roving, at hamfests, for club or public demonstrations, in the back yard or for any other portable operations. I have also successfully used this setup to work parachute mobile operators. I work through all the components as well as how they are connected and discuss how to configure for inline or over-the-air recording scenarios.
