Date filmed: 03/05/2021 Videos filmed between 08:36 and 08:56 Location: B1382, Queen Adelaide Filmed with: UK Level Crossings Channel | UK Level Crossing Spotter & Trains Video guide: Introduction - 0:00 - Level Crossing 1) Queen Adelaide Norwich Line Level Crossing - 0:41 Class 755 (Greater Anglia) Cambridge ➡ Norwich - Level Crossing 2) Queen Adelaide Peterborough Line Level Crossing - 1:57 Lowering 1: Class 170 (Cross Country) Birmingham New Street ➡ Stanstead Airport Lowering 2: Class 156 (East Midlands Railway - Regional) Norwich ➡ Liverpool Lime Street - Level Crossing 3) Queen Adelaide King's Lynn Line Level Crossing - 4:21 Class 387 (Great Northern) London King's Cross ➡ King's Lynn - Drive-through video - 5:37 Here's a location that has been featured before on this channel; seen again in this video are all three of the half barrier level crossings in Queen Adelaide to the north of Ely, and all three are located within only half a mile on the same road which makes them a rather unique trio of level crossings. These videos were all filmed whilst in the area, and the road is much quieter this time around as it was early in the morning on a Bank Holiday. These are all located just off of Ely North Junction where three different lines each part on their journeys towards either Peterborough, King's Lynn, or Norwich. Each level crossing is fairly similar to each other, and all three can be seen from atop a bridge over the River Great Ouse. The Peterborough and King's Lynn Line level crossings are located directly opposite each other in clear view, although the level crossing for the Norwich Line is separated by this humped bridge which obscures the view of the other side. A drive-through video is included in this video, showing what it's like to drive through all three level crossings whilst heading east. Overall, this video has been edited and done slightly differently compared to before, though I hope you enjoy it! Thanks for watching!
