He can be selected in 'Team Battle Royal' mode, but is non-selectable In 'Single Match' mode. As you can see in the video, using Scorpion, once you get to the last boss in the game (Scorpion), there is a minor flaw, and that is when you throw Scorpion using Scorpion, he temporally has Jumbo 'being thrown' sprites. This happens because Scorpion vs. Scorpion is not meant to happen in the game, and suggests that Scorp was built on top of Jumbo's data.
