A Handstand practice can be frustrating and a little bit tedious. With so many things to work and build on, sometimes you need a little encouragement and guidance to start: I designed this circuit to work on strengthening the areas needed for you practice whilst still having chance to work on the technique and get you confident on your hands. Can be done any time any place, all that’s needed is a wall and some motivation! Not working on handstand? It doesn’t matter!! You’ll still have fun whilst working out those shoulders and core! Pause and take rest whenever you need it!
