Beef stir fry or peppered steak with veggies is a staple in Chinese cuisine and one of my family’s favorites so I had to hook them up with this restaurant style dish at home! You will love it! Substitute the steak with any meat of your choice such as chicken, lamb, pork or even tofu! Ingredients used 2 lbs steak (cut into thin strips) 1 medium red bell pepper 1 medium green bel pepper 1 medium yellow/ orange bell pepper 1 Tbsp Sesame seed oil 1Tbsp paprika 1 Tbsp freshly chopped garlic 1 Tbsp freshly chopped ginger 4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (half for the steak marinade and the other half for the stir fry) 4 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce (1 Tbsp for the marinate and 3 Tbsp for the stir fry) White pepper (to taste) Freshly ground black pepper Chicken bullion Salt to taste ( Note: most of the spices are salty) 3 Tbsp corn starch ( 1 Tbsp for the marinade and 2 Tbsp to thicken stir fry - dissolve the 2 Tbsp in 3/4 to 1 cup water depending on how thick it light you want the sauce Feel free to SUBSCRIBE if you like my content.
