Here's the second episode of our series in collaboration with the committee of the Milano Cortina Winter Olympics 2026, which will be held in Cortina. They asked us to highlight the gastronomy of the area. Today, Franco and Inger show us how they make "ambleti" or crêpes, using their family recipes. For the dough: 3 eggs 235g wholemeal flour (you can use any flour) 470ml milk a pinch of salt 20ml olive oil (you can also use butter!) Fill the "ambleti" with your favourite jam, or have them savoury as well!
