At Austin Muscle Restoration, our core belief is that everyone must exercise, and that needs to include resistance based training. That includes: injury, stroke, TBI, paralysis, drop foot, mobility issues, autoimmune, joint pain, etc. After many requests, we’re excited to release our Low Threshold Video Series. This is a series of five videos and will include: 1. Visualization 2. Internal Isometrics 3. External Isometrics 4. Body Weight Exercises 5. External Resistance Exercises We want people to feel empowered to exercise at any stage. The goal is to get started and find what is right for you. This video is the first in the series, and is on visualization. Studies have shown that people who visualize an exercise made similar strength gains to people who performed the exercise. Throughout the video, we would like you to close your eyes and visualize each exercise as it’s performed.
