My group is: “Sweat with Janine.” This Step & Sculpt cardio Aerobics & strength workout class is the perfect workout to get your heart pumping and the sweat flying! Modify moves to make it your own! You’ll do mostly basic moves. Simple choreography but not an “easy” class, so you’ll still get a great SWEATY workout! Equipment: All you’ll need is a sweat towel, some lighter dumbbells, (5-10 lb. I used 8s) and water! The workout: Choreography sections that string together to form a longer routine. Strength segments in between before learning the next choreography section. Take breaks as needed and keep those feet marching! You’ll do a warmup at the beginning and some extra core work and stretching at the end. Don’t skip your cool down!!! Take your time.
