HUEY is a complete, programmable, scientific calculator program for 6502-based microcomputers by Don Rindsberg, and it originally appeared in the Dec. 1977 issue of Kilobaud magazine. As can be guessed from the name, it has similar functionality and structure (four-level stack, RPN) to HP calculators of the time, especially the HP-25. UPDATE (13.AUG.23): MASS-WERK informs me that it is no longer necessary to strip out a starting 4-digit hex address either by hand or with a spreadsheet program -- just copy-n-paste, and the MASS-WERK disassembler will do the rest, trimming out the non-2-digit-hex! :^) *** The calculator in the thumbnail is not "Huey," but a Radio Shack EC-421, given to me as a Christmas gift in 1976. Still works. :^) 00:00 Intro 00:33 Finding HUEY 03:09 Source Code 05:58 Relocation 09:31 Patching for PAL-1 12:52 Create AHEX File 18:01 Load and Run 19:36 Testing HUEY/Features 25:06 Outro RESOURCES HUEY PROGRAM FOR 6502: MAIN - http://www.crbond.com/6502.html PAL-1 - http://www.vanportmedia.com/PAL-1/uti...
