Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA IV! This Video will show you how to obtain the Lustered/EC (Exclusive Color) Silver and Black DF8-90 and Lustered/EC (Exclusive Color) Dark Red Flatbed at the same time from "Rigged to Blow" with Mission Failure since it's the only way possible. https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Carcols.d... - This link will bring you to the "Carcols.dat" file and help to determine which colors are special and why. It's interchangeable across GTA IV, TLaD, and TBoGT and the same rules apply for each game. This file was heavily used to help find out all the Special Vehicles in the game and determine exactly why they are special. https://gtaforums.com/topic/862242-gt... - This link will bring you to where it all began. Documentation of every single Special Vehicle GTA IV had to offer and then after, I went through the game and obtained all the Special Vehicles for my Youtube Guide and here we are today. Lustered/EC Silver and Black DF8-90: Astra Silver Poly - 12 Black - 0 Possible Lusters (Bright Blue Poly, Black, Astra Silver Poly, Turismo Red, Cabernet Red Poly, Striking Blue, Green, Hoods, Arctic Pearl, Jasper Green Poly, Race Yellow Solid, Nassau Blue Poly, Pastel Alabaster, Flax, and Malachite Poly) Black - 0 DF8-90 - 0,0,75, 0,0,0, 0,0,12, 4,0,12, 6,0,12, 10,0,12, 21,0,12, 23,0,12, 25,0,12, 33,0,35, 34,0,34, 47,0,35, 49,0,63, 52,0,56, 54,0,55, 65,0,63, 67,0,118, 70,0,65, 98,0,90, 16,0,76, 9,0,91, 15,0,93, 19,0,93, 13,0,80 Lustered/EC Dark Red Flatbed: Cabernet Red Poly - 34 Cabernet Red Poly - 34 Possible Lusters (Silver Stone Poly, Astra Silver Poly, Graceful Red Mica, Med. Cabernet Solid, Agate Green, Petrol Blue Green Poly, Green, Nautical Blue Poly, Spinnaker Blue Solid, and Nassau Blue Poly) Black - 0 Flatbed - 1,1,8, 6,6,8, 11,11,12, 12,12,12, 31,31,31, 40,40,40, 52,53,53, 54,54,54, 56,56,56, 70,70,70, 73,73,73, 77,77,76 ***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA IV. With that said, you can actually PASS the Mission and obtain both Special Vehicles, but IF and ONLY IF you play on PS3 and have access to the SIXAXIS Teleport OR play on PC and have access to the Video Editor Teleport. If you play on Xbox360, there is no known Method to teleport away from Parking Spaces quickly enough to restore blown up Wrecks of Vehicles, so therefore failing the Mission to obtain the Lustered/EC Flatbed is the only option! A Luster is typically a Vehicle's 3rd Color in the HD Era and it sits on top of the Base Color. You can see such Luster when I move the camera around. MOST Body Colors and/or Lusters will not be special alone, but in combination with each other they will be special and one of a kind! Note that depending on the Base/Body Color of the Vehicle as well as the time of day and weather in-game will make all the difference whether the Luster is going to be very visible or not. When dealing with Lustered Vehicles, you will have some choices. ALL of the DF8-90's and Flatbed's depicted in the Thumbnail are special, but it will depend on the player's tastes in Colors and which Colors appeal to them the most as to which Luster they will choose in the end. Every time you begin a Mission and come into contact with the Lustered Vehicle, you will see X Luster spawn. When you reload your Save, and try the Mission again and again, the Luster will change! You basically want to do this until the Luster of choice is the most appealing to you and then obtain it! The only way you will know the EXACT Color Name of the Luster you acquired is by loading your Save up in a Save Editor and viewing the Garage Tab and checking the Colors and Lusters of your Vehicle. You can store 10 Special Vehicles in the 5 Parking Spaces that GTA IV has to offer. Each Parking Space saves 2 Special Vehicles each. Also, I want to give a shout out to "Badboyhero" for helping with Custom Thumbnails for my Guide! Here is his Channel in case you want to check it out - / @badboyhero5013
