Simple Aloo Fry Different Style | Simple Aloo Fry Sabzi | Quick Aloo Fry | Aloo Fry Recipe | Simple Potato Fry | Easy Aloo Fry Recipe | Fast Aloo Fry Recipe | Spice Eats Recipes Ingredients for Simple Aloo Fry: (Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon) Potato - 4 medium (around 300 gms) Onions, fine chopped - 1 medium Green chillies, chopped - 2 nos. Coriander leaves, chopped- 2-3 tbsp Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp Salt- 1/2 tsp Oil- 1.5 tbsp Preparation: Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Fine chop onions and chop green chillies and coriander leaves. Process: Heat oil in a frying pan and add cumin seeds. Once it splutters, give it a stir and add the cubed potatoes. Mix well and fry for 2 mins on medium heat. Now add the salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Fry on low heat for around 5 mins stirring it few times. Now add the red Chilli powder and mix well. Continue to fry for 2 minutes on low heat. Add the chopped onions and green chillies, give it a mix and cover & cook for around 5-6 mins on low till the potatoes and onions are soft. Remove cover & garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
