Welcome to my Race Strategy Guide for Daily Race C 19/12/22 around Suzuka Circuit on Gran Turismo 7 This Daily Race features Gr.3 cars around Suzuka Circuit with mandatory Racing Soft Tyres. The car I will be using for this race: Nissan GT-R NISMO ’13 Other cars that should be decent for this race include: Mazda RX Vision Nissan Skyline Super Silhouette, this car will be used the most I think but not everyone owns it and has access to it, if you own this car you should definitely give it a go. Porsche 911. These strategies should work with most Gr.3 cars but some are better at tyre management than others, so if the GTR doesn’t suit your driving style try a different car that you prefer. BOP - ON Laps - 10 Tyres - X7 Fuel - X2 STRATEGY TLDR; You have 2 options for this race. OPTION 1 - Start the race on Racing Medium Tyres and pit at the end of lap 6 for Racing Soft Tyres. OPTION 2 - Start the race on Racing Soft Tyres and pit at the end of lap 3 for Racing Medium Tyres. Going with option 1 should stretch the life of the soft tyres to 4 laps instead of 3. DO NOT refuel at the pit stop, fuel saving is not required for this race. If you’re not confident with tyre management I would suggest going with Option 2. This race is going to be very tricky with tyre management. Suzuka is a very technical circuit and very hard on tyres. As your tyres degrade you will need to brake a little bit earlier going into some corners because the GTR’s front tyres will fade quicker than the rear tyres. The Nissan GT-R NISMO ’13 feels very relaxed to drive compared to a lot of other Gr.3 cars around Suzuka, it does use its tyres a little bit harder tho so keep that in mind, you will be able to drive more consistently with the GTR in my opinion. Get used to Trail Braking for this race, it will be very useful. Tyres won’t be an issue for this race. I did a custom race with the same settings as the Daily Race for testing reasons and to get a clean race without being hit off. I have the Traction Control set to level 0 for this Video but that’s personal preference and you can choose whatever setting you want, although having it set higher will cost you time so its worth getting used to a low level of Traction Control or turning it off all together would be even better. I also show my steering and pedal inputs via a couple of cameras to show my inputs if that interests you.
