I Realized My Fear Was Never About My EX!

In today’s vlog I run errands, work, and go on a walk… and I end up having a really big realization. Friday night I fully crashed out and thought I was grieving the future I imagined with my ex… but the truth is it wasn’t really about her. It was about ME. It was about the reality of choosing myself and now having to actually follow through. Moving out. Buying a house. Doing it alone. Building a life that’s mine. And I realized the fear in my body isn’t “bad” it’s just trying to protect me. Because I’ve spent so much of my life going into a fawn response, and now I’m learning what it feels like to stand on my own two feet.
