What started as a shared obsession turned into years of exploring together, and now we just want to bring you along for the ride. Every spot we visit has a story, and we’re here to share it with you. One place that has always fascinated us is Pilgrim State Psychiatric Hospital. Once the largest psychiatric facility, it opened in 1931 and housed tens of thousands of patients at its peak. Over time, it became infamous for overcrowding, experimental treatments, and the eerie, sprawling campus of abandoned wards and tunnels. Today, much of it stands abandoned.
