How to use the Nord Drum 3P as a Drum Computer via Midi in Ableton

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝟯𝗣 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗶 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗻 🥁 In this tutorial I'm going to show you how you can use your Nord Drum 3P as a drum computer, meaning that you only use the sound engine while the musical information will be created and sent via Midi from your DAW, in this case Ableton Live. You can use this for: focusing on sound design only while your beat keeps playing by itself composing complex beats that you otherwise would not be able to play by yourself. You will also see that you can compose full melodies that will be played by one pad only, meaning that you can create (theoretically) very complex arrangements on the pad. I will walk you through the process of setting up the connection from scratch. It will be possible without additional software. There are vst's around that you can buy, and they seem great, but this video will not require those.
