Develop your intuition and master your inner "knowingness" by slowing the breath to its most potent rhythmic ratio. About This Practice: This meditation uses a variation of the "One-Minute Breath," one of the most powerful tools in Kundalini Yoga for developing a calm, intuitive mind. When you slow your breath to this specific ratio, the two hemispheres of the brain become balanced, the nervous system stabilizes, and the "chatter" of the ego falls away. What remains is Knowingness—a state of quiet confidence where you don't just "think" the truth, you know it. This practice builds the stamina of your pranic body and expands your presence. The Technique: Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Make fists with your in front of the heart, release index figers and interlace them. The Breath Ratio: Inhale: Slowly and deeply for 15 seconds. Hold: Retain the breath for 15 seconds. Exhale: Controlled and complete for 15 seconds. Eyes: Closed, focused at the Third Eye point. The Benefits: Intuition: Develops the ability to sense the "knowing" beyond logic. Brain Balance: Syncs the left and right hemispheres for better decision-making.
