NxTAG is designed to be simpler, faster, and more comprehensive. It has a streamlined workflow that reduces the risk of contamination, with improved clinical performance, analyzed by SYNCT software. The plate itself holds 96 pre-loaded, sealed wells in 12, 8-well strips. The strips can be removed or even cut to scale with demand, from 1 to 96 wells. Each well contains LBR, or Lyophilized Bead Reagents. All the reagents for the assay (primers, dNTPs, polymerase, beads, and reporters) are lyophilized, or dehydrated, into these beads.
