1953 Ford Jubilee & 2006 John Deere 4115 Tractors Paving Trails with Home Grown Wood Chips 4/ 2023

I have found that "paving" our trails with wood chips makes them smoother for golf carts and walking. I've made about 4 miles of trails on our property but have "paved" about 1 mile with wood chips in the past. The wood chips last a few years, and it is time to renew them and to "pave" sections I have not done before. Due to our logging/tree removal operation we have plenty of wood chips. In this video I use my 2006 John Deere 4115 tractor to load my wooden wagon with wood chips. I pull the wagon with my 1953 Ford Golden Jubilee tractor to the trail(s) and hand shovel the wood chips from the wagon to the trail. I do about 75 yards of trail to demonstrate the process.
