It is suitable for stages 1-3 of Adrenal Fatigue uses a chair for all the movements to help support your body. You will move slowly through each exercise, gently working your upper and lower body and helping lengthen your spine for good posture. It is a routine that uses your bodyweight to awaken different muscles, yet will not cause you to go into the ‘stress response’ because the movements are done slowly, gently and with no impact or intensity. You will isolate and gently awaken your thighs, legs, and upper body and enjoy some stretches for tight chest muscles and hip flexors.
