Ingredients (Serves 3) • 300 g tuna • 250 g orecchiette pasta (or any pasta of your choice) • 10 g ’nduja (Italian spicy spreadable sausage, optional) • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil • 4 g chicken stock powder • 4 g salt (to season the tuna) • 10 g coarse salt (for boiling the pasta) • 2 g fresh parsley, finely chopped • 2 garlic cloves, minced • 1 g oregano (for extra aroma) • 3.5 liters of water (for cooking the pasta) Ingredienti (per 3 persone) • 300 g di tonno • 250 g di pasta orecchiette (o qualsiasi formato di pasta) • 10 g di ’nduja (salume calabrese piccante spalmabile, facoltativo) • 4 cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva • 4 g di brodo di pollo in polvere (Dialbrodo) • 4 g di sale (per condire il tonno) • 10 g di sale grosso (per l’acqua della pasta) • 2 g di prezzemolo fresco, tritato finemente • 2 spicchi d’aglio, tritati • 1 g di origano (per un aroma extra) • 3,5 litri di acqua (per cuocere la pasta)
