Get at least one brand new video every week, including recipes, kitchen hacks and handy cooking tips to help you feed your family and friends: @Coles Easy Cottage Pie Serves 4 Prep 10 mins Cooking 35 mins 500g Coles Australian No Added Hormones 4 Star Beef Mince 2 cups (240g) frozen mixed vegetables 1/4 cup (35g) gravy powder 1 cup (250ml) Coles Real Beef Stock 2 x 350g pkts Coles Crème Royale Mashed Potato 1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the mince, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 mins or until mince changes colour. 2. Add the vegetables and cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until heated through. Sprinkle over the gravy powder. Add the stock and stir until well combined. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 mins or until the mince mixture thickens slightly. Spoon into a 6-cup (1.5L) round ovenproof dish. 3. Place the mashed potato in a bowl and break up with a fork until smooth. Spoon evenly over the mince mixture. Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden. Want more easy recipes?
