Thanks🧡 Bye~🙋♀️ 🍕 Simple pizza dough recipe (for home use, 10 inches for 4 people) Flour(Strong) 600g Water(35℃) 420ml Dry Eeast 5g Sugar 20g Salt 10g EVO 1T 1. Add water (300ml) and salt (10g) to the mixing bowl and dissolve. 2. Add the strong flour (300g) and knead it until it feels thick. 3. Add sugar (20g) to warm water (120ml) and mix dry yeast. 4. Add yeast water with the rest of the strong flour (300g). 5. Use a kneader or hand kneading (autoorize) to form gluten. 6. First fermentation after forming in a circle, sealing or covering with a damp cloth 7. Secondary fermentation after subdividing into a fermentation container (twice the size compared to before fermentation) 8.
