The Australian’s Sophie Elsworth says Victorian Premier Dan Andrews had a lot of the press wrapped around his finger, as they didn’t know anything about the report on the state of the emergency services. “Well, he made an absolute mockery of many of them on Saturday when this report about triple zero was dumped on a Saturday afternoon,” she told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “And the journalist called out that this was nothing short of disgraceful. “Things will get very interesting in the coming months if the media does its job and keep this state government to account.”
