This quest can be done in around 15 minutes if you follow this guide. Goblin Diplomacy is an OSRS quest in F2P that earns you some easy Crafting Skill XP & 5 Quest Points. You can start this quest by speaking to either of the two goblin generals; Wartface and Bentnose. They seek to update the colour of their goblin mail, however they cannot decide between red and green. This is where we come in to offer a bit of (you guessed it) Goblin Diplomacy to avoid the two generals fighting.
