Try them with sausage gravy or your favorite jam/jelly/preserves! Try them with this sausage gravy: • Sausage Gravy That'll Make Your Granny Proud! BUTTER SWIM BISCUITS: 300g (2.5 cups) All-purpose Flour 1.5 tablespoons Sugar 4 teaspoons Baking Powder 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F 2. In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder & salt 3. Stir in buttermilk. Mix until everything is wet and combined. You should have a very thick batter, loose dough. If it's too wet, add a tablespoon of flour. If too dry, add a tablespoon of buttermilk until desired consistency. 4. Pour melted butter into an 8x8 baking dish 5. Pour dough in dish, use spoon to spread it out to the corners. Butter will spill on top, that's fine. 6. Use a knife to cut into 9 pieces 7. Bake in center of oven for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and crisp. 8. Allow to cool a bit, recut pieces and serve warm 9. Enjoy!
