Illegal Bio Lab Found in Las Vegas Neighborhood Raises Public Health Concerns

Authorities are investigating an illegal bio lab discovered inside a residential garage in Las Vegas, after a house cleaner and others reported becoming seriously ill following exposure to hazardous materials. According to arrest documents, investigators found multiple dangerous chemicals, including hydrochloric acid, inside a home on Sugar Springs Drive. A house cleaner, identified as “Kelly” in court records, told investigators she and others experienced breathing problems, fatigue, and muscle aches days after entering the garage. Police say the primary suspect, Ari Solomon, managed two nearby properties that were raided by SWAT teams, while hazmat crews secured the scene. Neighbors described frequent activity at the homes and expressed concern after streets were blocked off during the investigation. Health officials say the risk was primarily to those working inside the garage, and the FBI and local authorities have since assured residents the area is now safe. Federal testing is underway to determine exactly what materials were present.
