Day 5 of my Hybrid Training Program is DONE 💪🔥 Aaj ka workout full power tha – Gym strength training + Sand-based functional training. Hybrid training ka main goal hota hai strength, endurance, agility aur explosiveness ko ek saath build karna, and Day 5 was exactly that. Morning session start kiya maine gym workout se. Sabse pehle maine pull-ups lagaye, jo upper body strength ke liye ek solid foundation exercise hai. Pull-ups back, biceps aur grip strength ko activate karte hain aur bodyweight control improve karte hain. Uske baad maine chest workout kiya, jisme maine do sets follow kiye: • Incline Bench Press – upper chest development ke liye • Cable Cross – proper stretch aur contraction ke liye • Butterfly (Pec Deck) – chest pump aur finisher ke liye Chest ke baad maine shoulder training start ki: • Rear delts (rear lats) – posture aur shoulder balance improve karne ke liye • Upright Row – traps aur side delts activate karne ke liye Gym session ka end maine arm training (biceps & triceps) ke saath kiya. Arms workout se overall aesthetics aur pushing–pulling strength dono improve hoti hai. Gym ke baad aaya real hybrid part – Sand Training 🏖️ Sand par training karna body ke liye zyada challenging hota hai kyunki surface unstable hota hai. Is session mein maine: • Plyometrics • Hurdle Jumps • Broad Jumps • Agility drills with sticks Sand training se speed, power, coordination aur endurance next level pe jaati hai. Ye type ka workout runners, athletes aur hybrid athletes ke liye best hota hai.
