If you want to get moving with a cardio workout but would prefer to use a chair for your exercise, try out this workout. This workout includes altered marching, skipping and star jumps. With adapted exercises, you can help increase your flexibility and coordination, from the comfort of your own home. We have also included seated versions of all exercises to suit all abilities. See Sport Differently is a Sport England-funded initiative in partnership with RNIB and British Blind Sport. This programme of activity is designed to tackle the biggest barriers that stop blind and partially people from getting involved in activities, whether that is as a participant or spectator.
