Rubber Coated Tri-grip Plates - 12 x 5 kg, 4 x 2.5 kg, 4 x 1.25 kg, 5. 3 pairs of resistance bands - the heaviest one I have (orange), moderate resistance (black), light/moderate resistance (green) & 1 pair of resistance band hooks, 6. 2 power twisters - 60kg & 80kg, 7. gym stick, 8. ab wheel, 9. 4 yoga blocks, 10. hand grip rings, 11.
