We have projects executed over 8+ countries, 43+ cities and 26+ years of experience in sectors ranging from Manufacturing and Process Industries, Institutional Campuses, Research and Technology Centres, Commercial Buildings and Retail Stores, Residential and Hospitality Buildings. The transparency of process and communication, allows the client to have visibility and control over the entire process. The ownership is with a single agency, so it not only speeds up decision making and progress, but is also instrumental in allowing projects to be delivered for less cost, and improved efficiency. Irrespective of the size of the project, we deliver all documentation as well as project implementation in BIM. This has resulted in us being able to work overseas as well. For us, the intent of the project performance is the germinating point, and the performance of the building for human good, its architectural end-of-journey. The performance of buildings, for us, is not just their consumption of energy, but also their appropriateness for a geography, culture, function and economy. We consider buildings the physical manifestation of both aspiration and economic performance. Engineering Design: The Engineering team of ANA, is not a separate business. They are an integral part of our design decisions and the sustainable performance of our buildings. We follow a process of integration of our building services, at the concept itself. Services are not to be “fitted” into the design… rather, services “serve” the building performance and the building accepts them gracefully and seamlessly. We offer the following services: Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health Engineering and Fire-fighting. Construction Management: It has been a constant in our journey since 1996 till now. It has taken on many forms, from “design-build” jobs, to project management and construction management. This is the third pillar of our “integration” philosophy. It avoids the all too common loss in translation between the design intent, the client’s vision and the contracting teams priorities. Projects which are “design-build” usually are the closest to the design philosophy and usually also, the ones with longest lasting relationships with our clients. It permits the introduction of trial and the overcoming of error in the system of building construction. The markets we serve (Indian Subcontinent/ Africa) often need to deal with a lack of established systems and a well developed eco system of vendors and specialist contractors. Our ability and commitment to straddle the role of designer and construction manager, has allowed us to deliver lots of successful builds, including the integration of very frugal services design and elegant structural systems.
