A massive marathon event took place today in the morning between Perth CBD and City Beach. Ofc Transperth services were utilized mainly for the event, and causing many routes to deviate or terminated early at random weird spots. In this video we will take a lot at weird routes terminating at Elizabeth Quay and Perth Busport, followed by a full journey on the event shuttle Route No. 624, filmed with @aidennbaker P.S. It ran express between Perth Busport and City Beach, with some trips stopping at Floreat Forum for the 4km Starting Point Here's the details: For Outbound (3 mins per bus, up to 6 buses departing at the same time. Last 3 services from Perth Busport at 1102, all express): 1. Perth Busport to City Beach, stopping at Floreat Forum (Operated until all 4km races have started) (This Video) 2. Perth Busport to Floreat Forum (Operated until all 4km races have started) 3. Perth Busport to City Beach Express For Inbound (3 mins per bus, up to 6 buses departing at the same time. Last 6 services from City Beach at 1300, 3 per pattern): 1. City Beach to Perth Busport Express (Well, some drivers stopped at Floreat Forum as well, as their shift doesn't say anything about these services and is required to listen to the coordinators' orders through the radio) 2. But I don't get the point of the City Bound trips before the event ended as all buses are empty for sure, and they can just 000 run back to the city instead.
