Fish steaks seasoned in a spicy marinade. The flavours of the fish complements the spices used making it a dish that can be served as a side accompaniment or a main meal. This recipe requires grilling. Salmon Steak is placed on top of the grill, a grill pan, or a griddle until both sides are just about right – cooked in the outside but still juicy inside.
