It was abandoned, and in distressed condition, but the original central fireplace, wood beams and paneling were preserved. The old barn and smokehouse are still standing. Watch as the house is rescued and renovated with respect for its historic value, with many furnishings that might have been there originally. Colors and wall coverings are those that would have been used in its day.
