Yup, this is vegan, this is clean food, this is good food, this is Japanese food. So good you can serve it to the pickiest meat eater and they'll enjoy it too. Ingredients: Makes approximately 25 pieces using 4" Gyoza wrappers 1 Block: Extra firm / fried tofu 8 - 9 Pieces: Small Skitake mushrooms 5 Pieces: Garlic Sliced Ginger (depending on your tastes) 4 bunches: Boy Choy 2 T: Sesame Oil 25: Gyoza Wrappers Instructions: 1. Peel and chop the garlic 2. Chop the tofu into small pieces (fry first if not already fried) 3. Divide the boy chok into stalks and leaves 4. Pan fry the tofu, garlic, skitake mushrooms and boy choy stalks 5. Once the boy choy stalks are soft and tender, add the leaves 6. Mix everything together 7. Remove from heat, place in a bowl 8. Mix in the ginger, scallions, sesame oil, and soy sauce 9. Form the gyoza using either method in the video 10. Steam the gyoza in 1cm of water 11. Lightly apply sesame oil 12. Close the lid and steam until all water is gone 13. Lightly pan fry with sesame oil 14. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces, use our ideas or create your own Ready For More?
