Happy Sunday and God bless you guys! Today me and my brother in Christ will be talking about the importance of understanding spiritual slothfulness. It’s something that can slowly creep into a man’s life without him even realizing it. It doesn’t always look like rebellion. Sometimes it looks like delay. It looks like distraction. It looks like comfort. It looks like knowing what God said… and still not moving. Spiritual slothfulness is dangerous because it numbs conviction, weakens discipline, and slowly pulls a man away from his assignment. It keeps you passive when you’re called to lead. It keeps you quiet when you’re called to pray. It keeps you still when God has told you to move. As Biblical men, we cannot afford to be spiritually lazy. We must be alert. We must be disciplined. We must be obedient. Growth in Christ requires intentional pursuit, not occasional effort. When a man becomes spiritually slothful, he stops guarding his temple. He stops stewarding his time. He stops sharpening his spirit. And eventually, he loses direction. But God has not called us to sleep — He has called us to watch, to pray, to build, and to protect. This episode is a call to wake up. To examine yourself. To repent where needed.
