ALL RECIPES BELOW BREAKFAST 1 slice of toasted sourdough bread with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 avocado, red chilli flakes & a drizzle of honey 2 soft boiled jammy eggs air fried at 375 for 6.5 minutes and topped with salt & pepper fruit maple brown butter banana bread WET INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp melted butter (browned) 2 mashed bananas 2 eggs 1 cup yogurt 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla DRY INGREDIENTS 2 cups blended oats 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt GLAZE 1/3 cup Greek yogurt 1 tbsp stevia (or another sweetener of choice) 1 tbsp maple syrup dash of cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 In a pan, melt butter until it has browned In a bowl, mash up the bananas and then add in the eggs, yogurt, butter, syrup & vanilla In another bowl, combine the blended oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon Pour in the dry ingredients slowly until the two bowls are fully combined into a batter Place into a bread pan and bake for 35 minutes While baking, make icing by combining greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, and powdered sugar if you like a little more sweetness Once bread is fully cooked as desired, let cool, and add the glaze LUNCH 1/2 cup of oats with 1 cup water & a dash of salt 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder mixed in topped with yogurt, peanut butter, blueberry syrup (blueberries microwaved for 1 minute with 1 tbsp maple syrup), chia seeds & chocolate DINNER Chicken breast marinated & cooked in 1/4 cup balsamic 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp honey 2-3 cloves of minced garlic Salt & pepper @ 375° for 20 ish minutes, flipping halfway through (make sure it’s fully cooked) & finish on the stove to grill the outside Spaghetti squash noodles cooked with oil, salt & pepper @ 375° for 40 minutes flipping halfway through. Then using a fork, scrape the inside to create strands of noodles Sauce 3 cups of cherry tomatoes 1 cup of feta cheese a splash of olive oil salt, pepper, thyme, red pepper flakes & minced garlic roasted @ 375° for 20 minutes add in spinach once cooked bone broth hot chocolate -1 cup almond milk -1/2 cup beef bone broth -1 tbsp coco powder -1 tbsp syrup -1 tbsp stevia stir all ingredients in a pot on medium to low heat until desired temperature & top with whipped cream
