The Recipe and Healthy Highlights are as follows: Big Biscuit Breakfast 12 Servings Healthy Highlights Cals=232.9 SatFat=6.4 Chol=94.5 Sodium=554.6 Carbs=17.6 Sugar=3 Protein=10.3 Fiber=0.4 Net Carbs=17.2 Ingredients Grand Biscuits (Butter) 1 can Turkey Bacon (cooked)-low sodium 8 slices Eggs 5 lg Liquid Eggs 15 tbsp Almond Milk (original) ½ cup Kosher Salt ¼ tsp Onion Powder ½ tsp Black Pepper ⅛ tsp Cheese (Fiesta Blend)-shreds 1 cup Cheese (Queso Quesidilla) 1 cup Directions 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2) Spray a 9X13 pan with butter spray 3) Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces 4) Spread biscuits onto pan 5) Cook bacon, tear and place all but 2 pieces on top of biscuits 6) Whisk together whole eggs with liquid eggs 7) Whisk in seasonings and milk then pour over biscuits and bacon 8) Evenly spread cheeses on top 9) Tear and sprinkle remaining bacon on top of cheeses 10) Bake for 30 minutes then enjoy
