The Recipe and Healthy Highlights are as follows: Pecan Pie Brownies 12 Servings Healthy Highlights Cals=211 SatFat=3.3 Chol=56.3 Sodium=84.2 Carbs=31.3 Sugar=15.6 Protein=2.9 Fiber=6.1 Net Carbs=25.2 Ingredients Unsalted Butter (melted) 4 tbsp Margarine (melted) 4 tbsp Sugar ½ cup Sweetener ½ cup Eggs 2 lg Vanilla Flavoring ½ tsp Almond Flour ¼ cup Sorghum Flour ¼ cup Xanthan Gum ¼ tsp Cocoa Powder (unsweetened) ½ cup Kosher Salt ¼ tsp Pecans (chopped) ½ cup Corn Syrup (light) ½ cup Egg 1 lg Monk Sugar ¼ cup Brown Sugar ¼ cup Vanilla Flavoring ½ tsp Directions 1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2) Spray 8x8 pan with baking spray 3) In a large bowl, combine the melted margo-butter with the white sugars 4) Mix in eggs one at a time 5) Stir in 1st vanilla 6) In a medium bowl, combine flours, xanthan gum, cocoa and salt 7) Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients 8) Pour brownie mixture into pan and spread evenly 9) In a small bowl, combine syrup, brown sugars and remaining vanilla then pour over batter 10) Sprinkle pecans evenly over batter 11) Bake for 30 minutes, 12) Cool completely then cut into 12 squares and enjoy
