Layout Command Control (LCC) is an emerging NMRA standard for controlling accessories on your model railroad. This introduction describes how Robin Peel explored the basics of LCC with a simple test module. While Digital Command Control (DCC) controls locomotives, LCC controls layout accessories like switches, signals, lights, crossings, location/block detection, and more. DCC and LCC are standards from the National Model Railroad Association (NMRA).
