This 30 minute Full body REAL HIIT workout for DIEHARDS is a mixture of strength and cardio movements in a short amount of time. We will have 2 blocks of exercises, each block contains 8 movements each movement for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between. We will perform each block for 2 rounds in a row. As a challenging finisher there will also be an AfterBurner. 3x exercises for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between for 3x rounds. Please find below the script of today's HIIT workout: BLOCK 01 1. Bounce Squat Jacks 2. Push Up Knee Tuck 3. Flat Burpee 4. High Plank Jacks Pike 5. Double High Knees 6. Half Burpee & Sit 7. Explosive Leg Extensions 8. Jack Knife Star Crunches BLOCK 02 1. 4x Mountain Climbers Plank Get Up 2. 4x High Knees Rollouts 3. Break Dancer 4. Reverse Plank Toe Touch 5. 4x Tap Down 4x Butt Kicks 6. Drop Squat Hold 7. Hip Drop Knee Pull 8. Front Jump Squat Hand Walkout AFTER BURN 1. Fast Burpee (No Push Up) 2. Sumo Taps Reach Up 3.
