This 30 Minute KILLER KETTLEBELL HIIT Workout is a mixture of strength movements in a short amount of time. We will have 3 blocks of exercises, each block contains 6 movements each movement for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between. We will perform each block for 2 rounds in a row.
