Check out our range of Orange Phase EVO here: https://www.tredz.co.uk/.Orange-Phase... Introducing the Orange Phase EVO LE, a new lightweight e-bike that pushes the boundaries of trail riding. This advanced e-bike boasts 160mm of travel both front and rear, mixed wheels with a 29” front and 27.5” rear, and is powered by a Bosch Performance SX motor paired with a 400Wh battery. As with all Orange full-suspension bikes, the Phase EVO LE features a robust aluminium alloy box frame, crafted in Britain and engineered for aggressive riding. The EVO geometry is designed to be long, slack, and low, with a head angle of 64° and a reach of 484mm on the large model. The 76° seat tube angle and mullet wheel setup closely mirror Orange's Switch 6 LE, offering a familiar yet distinct riding experience. What truly sets this bike apart from a standard mountain bike is the motor. The Performance SX is Bosch’s latest lightweight motor, tipping the scales at just 2kg while delivering up to 55Nm of torque. This provides about 60% of the power of a full-power eMTB, offering ample assistance for climbs while maintaining a lighter weight for more agile handling. The large model weighs just 20.4 kg. The bike allows you to adjust power output with ease, thanks to different modes like ECO, Tour+, Turbo, and eMTB, all accessible via the Bosch Purion remote unit. This also provides essential ride information, including battery capacity, estimated range, speed, power, and cadence. A unique feature of the Phase EVO LE is its in-frame storage box. While compact due to the battery occupying most of the downtube, it offers enough space for essential trail tools or snacks. The 160mm of suspension travel is managed by a Fox Factory 36 Fork and an X2 shock, complemented by a Fox Transfer dropper post with 150mm or 175mm of drop, depending on the frame size. The bike also features a Shimano SLX drivetrain, powerful four-pot Shimano brakes, and Stan’s Flow Mk4 rims laced to Hope Pro5 hubs. Overall, the Orange Phase EVO LE is a meticulously designed hardcore trail e-bike, or as Orange categorises it, an all-mountain e-bike. Let’s see how it performs on the trails. https://www.tredz.co.uk Facebook: https://goo.gl/34lybY Instagram: https://goo.gl/yk9I0l Twitter: https://goo.gl/CdJcxD
